The year 2025 could well be a very successful year for Take Two Interactive as they have two big game releases coming excluding the annual sports releases. The biggest release which will be likely the biggest of any new game in 2025, will be GTA VI from Rockstar Games. The second game is what was revealed at The Game Awards 2024.
2K Games has released a brand new trailer for Mafia: The Old Country which is a prequel entry to the original Mafia. Whereas all previous games were set over multiple decades in the United States, Mafia: The Old Country goes back to the roots of where the Mafia originated, Sicily during the 1900s.
No release date has been set for Mafia: The Old Country but it has a summer 2025 timeframe and will be launching on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X and S as well as PC.
